Leadership Group

Surrey County Council and VT Four S Ltd are committed to offering structured and coherent provision for the continuous professional development of school leaders across the county. The continuum begins with support for acting headteachers and goes through to an Executive Headteachers' programme for the most experienced colleagues.

VT Four S works closely with the National College for Leadership of Schools and Children's Services (www.nationalcollege.org.uk ) to ensure that respective programmes are complementary. A number of VT Four S consultants provide tutoring and facilitation for some of their programmes.
